Refund Policy

Subject to these terms, we offer refunds/exchanges on the purchase of goods that are deemed defective only but not on the provision of services. However, no refunds or exchanges on items already in the manufacturing process. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.

For all item(s) eligible for a refund/exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, it must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase. Standard processing times apply to all exchanges. The refund/exchange period is exactly 7 days after you receive the item(s). If the 7 day period has lapsed, unfortunately the item is outside of the eligibility period and we cannot therefore offer you a refund/exchange. Additionally, any/all items that we have made or personalized for you, are non-refundable or exchangeable. 

If a claim for a refund/exchange is necessary, please send us an email at our contact email address on this website. Afterwards, we will provide you with the address to return your item(s). Upon receiving your return, we will send you confirmation email. Once the item is inspected by our team, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection status of your refund/exchange. If a refund is approved, a check will be issued to the original payer within seven business days.
Note to Customer: When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs associated with your return/exchange. Shipping costs on purchases are non-refundable.
